When a client supplies you with two photographs set in a hospital and say “These images are great, but they could do with a bit more rhino”, you jump to it.

We had to match the perspective of the corridor and room, have a good guess at the various light sources. And then it was just a question of creating a rhino head to mount on the wall. As far as we are concerned , the only rhino head mounted on a wall should be the CGI variety.
