The planning application for this inner city Nottingham development required two images showing the impact on the current street scene.

Using architect data, including surveyor’s data for the location, we firstly visited the site to take reference photographs and backplate photographs.

After choosing the most appropriate images to work up, we then built the 3D computer model to scale, using the specified materials. Special care had to be taken to match perspectives and building placement.

The final image of Noel Street is a photo composite of three separate images, two photographs, one CGI produced by us, and some hand tweaking in Photoshop.
